General Guidelines for team members: The team members will NOT be allowed to leave the school to forage for food. If you are a team member and are not sure you will like the food provided, you are most welcome to bring a packed lunch with you. Refrigeration will most likely not be available.

General Guidelines for the parents providing food: It is requested that lunch be provided about 11:00, no later than 11:30. Provide whatever you would like - home made or bought - your choice. Dessert is entirely up to you, but is a nice touch. The team will be grateful for anything you provide. Soda machines are available at the school (but if you want to provide them I'm sure the kids wouldn't object). No pizza please - when we have no one scheduled to provide food or the meeting runs long, the team will be ordering pizza. We have at least one vegetarian student on the team (possibly more) so please consider this when providing the food. There are about 36 students on the team, plus we have teachers, engineers, mentors and parents helping on site so plan for approximately 45-50 people.

Thanks to all who have volunteered and here's to a successful season!!!!!!! Melinda
