FLIGHT INFORMATION
Students are responsible for finding their OWN RIDE TO AND FROM the airport. You need to arrive for departure NO LATER than 3pm on April 21st. CHECK BAGS AT CURB and GO STRAIGHT TO THE GATE. Have your bags clearly marked with your name and phone number (tags available at robotics meeting), and REMOVE ALL STRAPS.
All flights are on US Airways METROJET:

Sunday April 25

- How to get frequent flyer mileage credit for this trip
Call group reservations weekdays before 6pm at 1-800-227-0613 and give them Record Locator VCHSLF, your name, and your US Airways frequent flyer number.
- How to get double mileage credit
Call 1-800-872-4738 and tell them you want to be part of Bonus Request 2000 to receive double mileage on a METROJET flight between Washington and Orlando, you will need your frequent flyer number.
